When do we ship?
We ship orders made through www.smartwool.com on business days only. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping from our Standard service, your order must be received, and your credit card authorized by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the day your order is placed, or your order probably won't be processed until the following business day.
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order. Despite the number of shipments you receive within that one order, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed immediately for items purchased with a SmartWool Gift Card.
Deliveries to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service available for these shipments.
Sorry, we do not ship to locations outside of the US.
For all methods of delivery, we recommend you, a family member, friend or neighbor be available to accept the package.
We do not ship to places outside the 50 United States.
