FREE RETURN POLICY

Wrong size, color, or style? Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee makes it easy to return your unworn Smartwool items. 

Store Returns:

Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.  

Online Returns:

For purchases on smartwool.com between Oct 6th, 2021 and December 25th, 2021, you may return unworn item(s) through January 15th 2022, or 45 days from purchase – whichever is later. We include a free shipping return label with your purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Initial shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.

General Refunds: Refunds for purchases made on Smartwool.com will be made to the original payment methods used to complete the order.

Gift Card Specific Refunds: Purchases made using gift card or split payment will be refunded back to the original payment methods in the amounts used to complete the order.
