Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.
Temporary Returns Extension - All smartwool.com purchases made after February 14, 2020, have an extended 60-day return policy.
Return unworn item(s) purchased at smartwool.com 45 days from the date of the order for a complete refund. We include a free shipping return label with your purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
Please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.
