And we want them to be able to support all of your adventures, from exploring new cities to summiting new mountains. So, if for any reason, you aren’t completely happy with your Smartwool gear within 3 years of purchasing, we’ll take it back. No problem.

Just fill out the Smartwool guarantee form below, send in your product, and we’ll contact you with next steps. We want you to get back to running, skiing, and playing in the outdoors as soon as possible.

The Smartwool warranty department will assess each item sent in and replace it with a comparable item based on style, functionality, and price. Please allow four-six weeks for processing.
