• Purchase $100 or more in Smartwool egiftcards at www.smartwool.com between 12/12/2022 at 12:00:01 a.m. MST and 12/18/2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST
• Receive a $20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard as our Gift.

Important Restrictions:

A. Validity.

Valid in the United States only.  Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Must be a legal U.S. resident, 16 years of age or older.

B. Participation.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and to the decisions of Smartwool which are final and binding in all respects.

If purchasing multiple Smartwool egiftcards totaling $100 or more, all Smartwool egiftcards must be included in the same purchase transaction. Separate purchase transactions of Smartwool egiftcards on the same or different days during Offer Period cannot be combined to reach the $100 threshold.

Purchase(s) must be made at www.smartwool.com during Offer Period of 12/12/2022 – 12/18/2022. Smartwool egiftcard(s) may be purchased for an individual him/her/themselves or as a gift for another person; if purchased for another person, the Smartwool egiftcard purchaser – NOT the gift recipient --- is eligible to receive $20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard pursuant to this Offer.  Smartwool egiftcard purchases made at any third party retail stores or websites do NOT qualify for this Offer.

This Offer is not valid with any other Smartwool coupon, discount, promotion or offer.

Limit of one (1) Gift per person regardless of the total value of Smartwool egiftcard(s) purchased in excess of $100.

Smartwool reserves the right to withhold Gift and perhaps pursue legal sanctions in the event of consumer fraud of any kind.  

C. Redemption.

If participant purchases Smartwool egiftcard(s) totaling $100 or more during Offer Period, $20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard will be automatically added to participant’s cart. No promo code is required.

$20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard will be sent to participant in a separate e-mail communication than the purchased Smartwool egiftcard(s) approximately 1 hour after initial transmission of e-mail communication with purchased Smartwool egiftcard(s).

Opportunity to participate in Offer is not transferable and not to be re-published.

Offer is not valid on past purchases of Smartwool egiftcard(s).

$20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard is subject to terms and conditions of use, which may differ from those applicable to purchased Smartwool egiftcard(s). The terms and conditions can be found at https://smartwool.cashstar.com/self_service/v2/about/terms_and_conditions./ Be sure to carefully review the terms and condition of use of promotional Smartwool egiftcard before attempting to redeem same. Without limitation, promotional Smartwool egiftcard may expire and/or be subject to dormancy and/or service fees.

Like purchased Smartwool egiftcard(s), promotional Smartwool egiftcard cannot be redeemed for cash value (except where required by law) and is not reloadable.  

D. Limitations of Liability.

Smartwool and CashStar, Inc. assume no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, programming or wireless Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind in conjunction with Offer. The preceding includes but is not limited to late, lost, undeliverable, delayed, inaccessible or corrupted e-mail transmissions including the $20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard; for example, e-mail transmissions classified as “SPAM” or “Junk” by the participant’s e-mail service provider.

Once $20 promotional Smartwool egiftcard has been provided to participant, it becomes the sole responsibility of participant. The $20 promotional egiftcard will only be replaced if participant provides Smartwool with proof of purchase of Smartwool egiftcard(s) of $100 or more in a single transaction during the Offer Period. If participant cannot furnish such proof, Smartwool and CashStar, Inc. will not have any liability under any legal theory.

If circumstances beyond the control of Smartwool (that is, a force majeure event, such as a pandemic/epidemic, strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, materials shortage, equipment failure/malfunction/error or tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether Smartwool’s implementation of the Offer as originally intended (as determined by Smartwool in its sole discretion), Smartwool may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Offer. In any such event, notice to such effect will be posted on www.smartwool.com.  

By participating in Offer, participant releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Smartwool, CashStar, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies; as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer including but not limited to Smartwool’s inability to provide a Gift to a participant for any reason, as well as the acceptance, possession, receipt, use/misuse of the Gift (as applicable).
