STRAVA SNOW SPORT CHALLENGE FINISHERS
I. OVERVIEW OF OFFER
The Smartwool Snow Sport Challenge (“Challenge”) Finishers are participants who successfully completed Challenges for all (3) months: January, February and March of 2024. Challenges involved participating in one or more of qualifying athletic activities** for a total of at least (5) hours between 12:00:00 AM MST on 1/1/2024 and 11:59:00 PM MST 3/31/2024.
** Qualifying Activities: Alpine Ski, Backcountry Ski, Ice Skate, Nordic Ski, Snowboard, Snowshoe.
If you successfully completed Challenges for all (3) months: January, February and March of 2024, as recorded by the Strava App, you will receive a coupon code good for 30% off a single order with no minimum purchase transaction amount at www.smartwool.com. By accepting the coupon code, you represent and warrant that you completed the Challenge as set forth in the Strava App.
II. ELIGIBILITY
Offer is only available to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who have the Strava GPS Cycling and Running App installed on their mobile device (“Strava App”). Both free and paid subscriptions to the Strava App qualify for the Offer and the type of subscription will not affect one’s ability to participate in the Offer.
Smartwool and other VF Corp. employees as well as participants in Smartwool’s Pro Purchase Program are not eligible for this Offer.
III. WARNING & RELEASE
BEFORE ENGAGING IN THE CHALLENGE, IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN OR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE IN SUITABLE PHYSICAL CONDITION TO DO SO. IN ELECTING TO ENGAGE IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT EACH OF THE QUALIFYING ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES (AS DEFINED ABOVE) CARRIES AN INHERENT RISK OF INJURY OR EVEN DEATH (BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, SLIPS, FALLS, INJURY DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS, ANIMALS/INSECTS, OTHER PERSONS AND ROCKS, UNEVEN GROUND, WATER AND OTHER PHYSICAL HAZARDS) AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE SMARTWOOL, A DIVISION OF VF OUTDOOR, LLC (ALSO REFERRED TO AS “SPONSOR”) AND STRAVA, INC. FROM LIABILITY FOR SAME UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS AS TO YOUR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY QUALIFYING ATHLETIC ACTIVITY THAT IS PART OF THE CHALLENGE OR DO NOT ACCEPT THE RISK OF INJURY/DEATH IN CONJUNCTION THEREWITH, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO DO SO. AND, IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE IN PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF THE QUALIFYING ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO TAKE PART IN THE CHALLENGE OR THIS OFFER.
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND STRAVA, INC.; THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES; ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES AND LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, DAMAGES, OR INJURY OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SUCH PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER; AND INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER.
IV. COUPON CODE
Challenge Finishers, Strava, Inc. will send you a notification via e-mail at the e-mail address on file with Strava, Inc. Click on the link in the e-mail and complete the registration form with all required information, including your name and e-mail address. You will thereafter receive a notification via e-mail from Sponsor with the coupon code.
To redeem, enter coupon code at checkout and click “Apply A Promo Code.”
Coupon code valid between 12:00:00 AM MST on 5/6/2024 and 11:59:00 PM MST 5/20/2024 and valid only for one-time use at www.smartwool.com. Not valid at any 3rd party retail store or website selling Smartwool products. Discount calculated pre-tax and excludes expedited shipping. 30% off a single order with no minimum purchase transaction amount on www.smartwool.com. This offer cannot be combined with any promo codes, coupons, offers or discounts except for free shipping with purchase of Smartwool products totaling $89 or more.
Coupon code is good only for original recipient of same (i.e., individual who completed Challenges) and is NOT transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity of an individual before honoring coupon code; this and all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of www.smartwool.com.
Sponsor not responsible if the coupon code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without recipient’s permission or for technological failure/error/malfunction of any kind (regarding redemption of coupon code, participating in Challenge or otherwise involved in participating in the Offer). Remaining balance of purchase must be paid using another form of payment.
Coupon code cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. Coupon code is not transferable and not to be republished. No price adjustment allowed on previous purchases, product returns/exchanges or purchases made without use of the coupon code.

V. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor will only provide the 30% off coupon code if the Strava App determines that the user successfully completed challenges for all (3) months: January, February and March of 2024. Strava, Inc.’s determination of user’s completion of Challenges is final and binding in all respects, with Sponsor relying on the accuracy of same as to implementation of the Offer. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability under any legal theory for the operation of Strava App and/or Strava, Inc.’s determination that a given user has (or has not) completed the Challenges. Any attempt by an individual to undermine the operation of the Strava App or this Offer, including but not limited to any misrepresentation or deception of any kind as to whether he/she/they actually completed the Challenge will result in disqualification from the Offer, voiding of any coupon code provided to such individual (with such individual being responsible for the entire price of all Smartwool merchandise products purchased using coupon code) and possible legal sanctions.
Consumer is solely responsible for wireless Internet access fees and/or other charges imposed by wireless carrier.
