1 C. fresh strawberries, top removed & sliced
¼ C. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. nut butter (almond or peanut)
2 tbsp. agave, maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
3/4 C. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 large banana
3/4 C. pineapple, skin removed and sliced
Place all of the ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight jar (the less air, the better) and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
If you are looking to increase your veggie intake add 3/4 C. spinach or kale.
Freeze into popsicle forms for a cool, sweet treat.
