If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, please return it with your dated receipt to the store from which you made your purchase for a replacement or full refund. If, at any time, your SmartWool product does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund*.
How to return
If you’re not happy with your SmartWool product, please go to the link below, fill out the requested information, print off the form, include it in your package, and send your item back to the address listed below.
Once the product is returned, we will replace the defective item. If the item is no longer produced or in stock we will replace your item with a comparable item based on style and price. We will send the replacement to the address provided by you and we will pay for the return shipping.
