If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, please return it with your dated receipt to the store from which you made your purchase for a replacement or full refund. If, at any time, your SmartWool product does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund*.
How to return
If you're not happy with your SmartWool product, please send it back to an address below. Please also include a note explaining the circumstances of your return, and what you'd like in place of the product. Don't forget to include a way for us to contact you.
Please know we are very happy to take care of your warrantied issue, but sometimes the process can take a little longer. You should expect a replacement 3 - 4 weeks after we've received your product. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
