Standard Orders must be placed by 3:00pm EST (12:00pm PST) Monday - Friday to be processed and shipped the next day.
$25 Express: 2-4 business days*
* Saturday and Sunday orders ship on Mondays
Express Orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST (9:00am PST) Monday - Friday to be processed and shipped the same day.
Please note that we do not ship express, on weekends or Holidays. Express orders placed on Friday prior to 12:00pm EST (9:00am PST) will be delivered on Monday. Express orders placed on either Friday after 12:00pm EST (9:00am PST), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude Statutory holidays within Canada. Holidays include: Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labor Day, National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, Thanks Giving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, New Year.
Deliveries to PO Boxes ship via Canada Post.
Legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.

Free Return Policy Smartwool offers free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Store Returns Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.
Online Returns Return unworn item(s) purchased at smartwool.com 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund. Initiate a return by accessing your order history and selecting “Return Items."
Refunds may take up to 3-5 weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.
