I.          OVERVIEW OF OFFER

If you used the Strava App (as defined below) to start – but NOT complete -- the Smartwool Ski and Ride Challenge (that is, you engaged in Skiing and/or Snowboarding activity between 1/14/2023 and 2/12/2023 for less than 23 hours), you will receive a promo code redeemable for 25% off regularly-priced Smartwool base layer purchase(s) at www.smartwool.com.

By accepting the promo code, you represent and warrant that you used the Strava App and started but did NOT complete the Smartwool Ski and Ride Challenge.

II.                 ELIGIBILITY

Offer is only available to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who have  the Strava GPS Cycling and Running App installed on their mobile device (“Strava App”).  Both free and paid subscriptions to the Strava App qualify for the Offer and the type of subscription will not affect one’s ability to participate in the Offer. 

Smartwool and other VF Corp. employees, participants in Smartwool’s Pro Purchase Program, as well as persons who started and completed the Smartwool Ski and Ride Challenge are not eligible for this Offer.

III.               PROMO CODE

On or about 2/17/2023, Strava, Inc. will send you a notification via e-mail at the e-mail address on file with Strava, Inc. Click on the link in the e-mail and complete the registration form with all required information, including your name and e-mail address. You will thereafter receive a notification via e-mail from Sponsor with the promo code.

To redeem, enter promo code at checkout and click “Apply A Promo Code.”

Promo code valid until 3/14/2023 at 11:59 p.m. MST and is valid only for one-time use at www.smartwool.com. Not valid at any 3rd party retail store or website selling Smartwool products.  Discount calculated pre-tax and excludes expedited shipping.  25% off discount is good on any one (1) order of regularly-priced base layer product(s) including crew, long sleeve and bottom. Item pricing is as designated on www.smartwool.com. This offer cannot be combined with any promo codes, coupons, offers or discounts; promo code not valid on sale/discounted base layer products. (Discount MAY be used to qualify for free shipping if required minimum amount is spent by consumer.)

Promo code is good only for original recipient of same (i.e., individual who started but did not complete the Challenge) and is NOT transferable.  Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity of an individual before honoring promo code; this and all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of www.smartwool.com.     

Sponsor not responsible if the promo code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without recipient’s permission or for technological failure/error/malfunction of any kind (regarding redemption of promo code, participating in Challenge or otherwise involved in participating in the Offer). Remaining balance of  purchase must be paid using another form of payment.

Promo code cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. Promo code is not transferable and not to be republished. No price adjustment allowed on previous purchases, product returns/exchanges or purchases made without use of the promo code.

IV.              ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor will only provide the 25% off promo code if the Strava App determines that the user started but did not complete Skiing and/or Snowboarding activity for 23 hours between 1/14/2023 and 2/12/2023.  Strava, Inc.’s determination of user’s participation in the Challenge is final and binding in all respects, with Sponsor relying on the accuracy of same as to implementation of the Offer. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability under any legal theory for the operation of Strava App and/or Strava, Inc.’s determination that a given user has (or has not) participated in the Challenge without completing same. Any attempt by an individual to undermine the operation of the Strava App or this Offer, including but not limited to any misrepresentation or deception of any kind as to whether he/she/they actually participated in the Challenge without completing same will result in disqualification from the Offer, voiding of any promo code provided to such individual (with such individual being responsible for the entire price of base layer item[s] purchased using promo code) and possible legal sanctions.

Consumer is solely responsible for wireless Internet access fees and/or other charges imposed by wireless carrier.
