Must be a current Smartwool Pro Purchase Program Member (“Member”) and legal resident of U.S., 18 or older.  Member must be signed into his/her Pro Purchase account at time of purchase to receive discount; if signed into Pro Purchase account, discount will automatically be credited.  Not valid at any 3rd party retail store or website selling Smartwool products. 40% price reduction is calculated pre-tax.  Discount not valid with any other offer, promotion/promo code, or on prior purchases or rain checks, except for Free 3-Day Shipping on Orders $89+. Offer not redeemable for cash.     

Member must be signed into his/her Pro Purchase account and use the same e-mail address as provided at time of registration (or currently listed in your account credentials, as applicable) at time of purchase to receive discount, which will automatically be applied at checkout. IF NOT SIGNED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND/OR IF E-MAIL ADDRESS DIFFERS FROM THAT ON FILE WITH THE PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT.
