Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years
of age or older. Employees, officers, directors and independent contractors (including endorsers/influencers) of each Sponsor, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or of any agencies/entities involved in the development, production or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States. Void where prohibited by law.
1. HOW TO ENTER:
(a) Log into your public Instagram or TikTok account, follow the official Smartwool Instagram account OR Tiktok account, instagram.com/@smartwoolofficial or tiktok.com/@smartwoolofficial if you do not already.
(b) Comment “WOAH” on the THE WOAH DROP post.
(c) For details regarding the collection/use of your personal information in conjunction with the Sweepstakes, please review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.smartwool.com. By entering, you agree to the terms the Sponsor’s Privacy Policies. You may also wish to review Meta Platforms, Inc.’s Privacy Policy for its Instagram social media platform at https://www.instagram.com.
(d) By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects and not
subject to appeal.
2. ADDITIONAL ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:
(a) Limit of two (2) Sweepstakes entries per person (1 on Instagram and 1 on
Tiktok). However, should Sponsor determine that you have egregiously or repeatedly violated the entry limit, you will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes altogether.
(b) A given Instagram account may only be used by one (1) person to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, the owner of the Instagram account used to submit the entry, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed to be the entrant.
(c) If participating via mobile device: standard message and data rates and/or
wireless Internet access charges may apply when participating in the Sweepstakes. You may be charged by your wireless carrier in conjunction with Sweepstakes entry. Be sure to check your wireless carrier's pricing plan before participating in the Sweepstakes via mobile device. Wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.
3. WINNER DETERMINATION/WINNER NOTIFICATION:
(a) Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will conduct the random drawing on or about June 1, 2026.
(b) Each Winner will be notified via direct message from @smartwool. As a condition of prize award, the winner may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) to be returned within indicated time period.
(c) IT IS THE ENTRANT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIGURE THEIR PRIVACY SETTINGS SO AS TO
ACCEPT DIRECT MESSAGES FROM @SMARTWOOL. IF, FOR ANY REASON, WINNER CANNOT BE CONTACTED, FAILS TO TIMELY RESPOND TO DIRECT MESSAGE, FAILS TO TIMELY SIGN/RETURN DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY, LIABILITY RELEASE AND PUBLICITY RELEASE (WHERE LEGAL) [IF
APPLICABLE] OR IF PRIZE CANNOT BE DELIVERED, SUCH PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER MAY BE SELECTED FROM AMONG ALL REMAINING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
4. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
- One (1) pair of Smartwool socks
- One (1) Smartwool top
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
(a) Limit of one (1) prize per family, household, or address.
(b) Prizes will only be shipped to winner at a street address in the (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
(c) Prizes must be accepted by winner as awarded. If winner declines prize for any reason, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
(d) Prizes are not transferable.
(e) No prize substitution permitted except by Sponsors due to unavailability of prize for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are NOT redeemable or exchangeable by winner for cash.
(f) Applicable taxes on prizes and unspecified expenses related to acceptance/use of prizes are winner’s sole responsibility.
(g) By accepting prizes, where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsors without further compensation or notice.
6. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
(a) By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of any of the above organizations, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from the Sweepstakes or the receipt, acceptance, use or misuse of prize.
(b) Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete (including omission of prescribed hashtag), inaccessible, corrupted, damaged or misdirected entries/Stories, all of which are void. Sponsors are also not responsible for programming, electronic, technological, telephonic, network or other malfunction, error or failure which in any way affects or interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes; or for Stories/entries not timely received or not received in a usable format or accessible due to filtering by or other operation of Instagram (or any other cause).
(c) If Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsors’ control (e.g., computer virus, act of fraud, natural disaster), Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Sweepstakes and select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Sponsors or otherwise determine the winners in a manner determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on @smartwool.
(d) Tampering with Sweepstakes or violation of these Official Rules will result in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Sponsors.
(e) Sponsors’ failure to enforce any provision of these Rules in a given instance is NOT a waiver of such provision.
(f) Any dispute or claim regarding the Sweepstakes will be resolved pursuant to the internal, substantive law of Delaware. Any such dispute/claim must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in U.S. federal or state court in Delaware, with recovery being limited to one’s actual costs in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
(g) If any provision of these Official Rules is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a substitute provision that most closely approximates the original intent of Sponsors and is valid, legal and enforceable. The invalidity/illegality/unenforceability of a given provision shall not affect the remainder of these Official Rules.
(h) Posting on social media is not required to enter or win, and will not increase the chances of winning.
(i) Entrants and winners are not required to post content about the Sweepstakes or any prize received.

Winners’ list will be available after June 15, 2026; winners’ list request must be received by July 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MST.
